Peoria Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on therapy that taps into the craniosacral rhythm and supports the nervous system, helping the body to heal itself. CST can help with a wide variety of ailments including headaches, tension, fatigue, TMJ syndrome, orthopedic injuries, emotional imbalances, amongst others.
I’m happy to announce that I’m seeing patients again! I’m currently taking appointments here for Friday afternoons only. If you would like an appointment but need a different time, or if you have have any other questions, please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I recently started practicing craniosacral therapy (CST) after training with the Upledger Institute. I have fallen in love with this subtle yet profound modality. I feel incredibly fortunate to be be a part of the team at Natural Balance Wellness Center in Peoria, a place for deep healing.
In addition to practicing CST, I work as a pediatric nurse practitioner and am a mom to 3 kids. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, nature, and reading.
I received a bachelor of arts degree from McGill University, an associate’s degree in nursing from Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing, and a masters of science in nursing from Columbia University.
