Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation in Peoria IL
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on therapy that supports the nervous system by tuning into the movement of cerebrospinal fluid throughout the body and releasing fascial and bony restrictions. This is a deeply soothing and relaxing form of therapy.
Visceral manipulation works on the organs, ligaments, nerves, bones, and vascular structures of the body.
Both of these therapeutic modalities employ a deep and respectful listening of the body, honoring and treating what the body is calling attention to, rather than the symptomatic area.
These are wonderful modalities for treating people of all ages, including newborns.

In babies and children: tension, poor latch, colic, torticollis, plagiocephaly, recurrent ear infections, sensory processing difficulties, anxiety.
In adults: headaches, tension, neck pain, fatigue, TMJ syndrome, joint and muscle pains, gastrointestinal issues, emotional imbalances.
