Hi! My name is Maureen and I’m a certified craniosacral therapist. I’m a pediatric nurse practitioner by training and worked in primary care for 8 years but have taken a break from that for now. Currently, I’m passionate about all things bodywork, mind-body integration, trauma release, and wellness.
I began my training in craniosacral therapy (CST) through the Upledger Institute in 2019 and have completed studies on somato-emotional release as well as CST for pediatrics. More recently, I’ve also begun studies in visceral manipulation and neural manipulation through the Barral Institute, and I integrate some of those techniques in my work as well.
I have a bachelor’s degree in international development studies from McGill University, an associate’s degree in nursing from Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing, and a masters of science in nursing degree from Columbia University. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my children and husband, reading, spending time in nature, doing yoga, and creating healing herbal blends.
